- You are organized and dependable while also easily being able to adapt to new situations.
- You are knowledgeable about articulation and fluency as well as receptive and expressive language.
- You can think on your feet and shift gears when necessary.
- You can work with students regarding the social aspects of communication.
- You would like the support of a team of experienced speech therapists to help you problem solve and grow professionally.
- You would like to work a school schedule – No weekends!

- You have – or will have -- a license from both the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board as well as the Ohio Department of Education.
- You have some exposure to working with assistive technology.

- The salary schedule begins at $43,249- for a speech language pathologist with a master’s degree and no school experience.
- Speech Pathologists work a 184 6 day contract.
- TCESC provides a clinical supervisor for new graduates needing to complete the Certificate of Clinical Competence.
- TCESC pays 90 percent of your healthcare premium each month.
