Goshen High SchoolEL CollaboratorPOSITION PURPOSE: Assist classroom teacher(s) by providing support services to individuals, small groups, and/or whole classrooms of students for the sole purpose of increasing student achievement.
Essential Functions
SALARY: $18.50-$19.50, rate is dependent upon education and/or experience. Those with a Master's Degree are eligible for an additional $2.70 per hour. (Schedule #21-2)

- Bachelor's degree required
- Teaching degree preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred for EL Collaborator

- Skilled at communicating with staff and students
- Can model thinking and problem solving skills to students
- Believes all students can learn
- Fosters positive, validating relationships within the school community
