Base Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000/year depending on experience

What does a successful candidate look like:
- Finds solutions to prospective client struggles and utilizes relationship driven sales techniques
- Actively prospects through phone, email and door knocking to grow sales pipeline
- Comfortable utilizing computer systems to build customized cleaning proposals
- Continually reaches and exceeds sales targets
- Utilizes strong teamwork to transition sold clients through the onboarding phase
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in outside sales/consultive sales
- Knowledge of janitorial services a plus but not required
- Previous experience in lead generation
- Self starter mentality and strong organizational skills
