Truity Partners, LLC is Hiring a Customer Service Administrator Near Kaukauna, WI

We are seeking a dedicated and detailed temporary Customer Service Administrator to join our team for a short-term assignment through July. This role is crucial in supporting our department by handling incoming phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate individuals. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and enjoy helping others, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Direct questions and concerns to the correct individuals or departments.
  • Provide accurate information to customers and ensure their inquiries are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Record and relay messages accurately.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, temporary position through the end of July.
  • Monday to Thursday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am - 11:30 am.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Work setting:

  • In-person
