Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturer in Milwaukee, WI with their search for a Accounts Receivable / Logistics Specialist. This is an career, temp-to-hire, position. The role is 100% onsite with a full time, 7:30am-4:00pm schedule. Compensation is estimated at $25.00 - $29.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts Receivable tasks - generating invoices, applying payments, collections, account reconciliations, etc.
• Coordinating domestic and international shipments
• Assisting with general office tasks – answering customer calls, entering purchase orders, assisting with Accounts Payable

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 2 years of prior Accounts Receivable experience required
• Experience coordinating logistics/shipments required
• QuickBooks experience required
• Advanced Excel skills
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Associates degree preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $29.50 per hour
