About the Opportunity:

This role exists to own and be responsible to help support the IT product managers, roadmap, and vision. You will be working with development teams as well as users and stakeholders to define and deliver on the potential of our internally developed software platforms to make lives better.

What will you be doing?

  • Support product backlogs: help create user stories for features, bugs, and tasks in alignment with projects and product vision and strategy; support prioritization of backlogs.
  • Partner with users and stakeholders: gain understanding of our users’ and stakeholders’ perspectives, goals, and processes to define solutions with their collaboration that will bring delight to end users.
  • Support development team: support the development teams and be able to answer questions and make decisions to keep the team moving quickly.
  • Identify and solve problems: be able to identify root problems in workflows or data and propose effective solutions and get buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Research & analyze: support the product management team by researching issues with existing functionality and best practices for proposed functionality/enhancements.
  • Implement & improve processes: evaluate our current processes to determine where we can improve or need to implement additional structure; facilitate process implementation and improvement with input and oversight.

What education or experience is required?

Required:

  • Prior experience in IT-related role
  • 2 years of experiencing working with software products
  • 2 years supporting an agile development team

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with healthcare applications
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare compliance/regulatory requirements
  • Lean Six Sigma GreenBelt certification
  • Lean Six Sigma BlackBelt certification
