About the Opportunity:

This job exists to automate reports, maintain existing automated reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the business. To keep things running smoothly for the organization.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee ad hoc reporting from our Client Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
• Maintain business-critical reports for Accounting and Finance Team.
• Meet with department heads to structure data appropriately in the Data Warehouse
• Work with ETL Developer to move data from different sources into the Warehouse.
• Work with IT to test new releases for adverse impact on existing reports.
• Establish, maintain, and ensure compliance with a data dictionary.
• Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
• Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems.
• Developing and?maintaining databases, and data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format.
• Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
• Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems.
• Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
• Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise?data governance?strategies.
• Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.?2.5%

What education or experience is required?

Recommended:

• BA/BS
• Three (3) years’ work experience in Data Analytics.
• Three (3) years of experience with SQL querying in PostgreSQL and MSSQL.
• Three (3) years of experience working with Python.
• In depth experience working with Excel.
• Experience writing and understanding technical specifications documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical data in a nontechnical way.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet timelines, and manage tight deadlines and stress effectively.
• Natural curiosity and an analytical mindset – you seek to find the “Why”
• A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal education.

Preferred:

• BA/BS
• Five (5) years of years of experience with SQL querying in PostgreSQL and MSSQL.
• Five (5) years of experience working with Python.
• Previous experience working in healthcare setting.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal education.
