About the Position:

We are looking for two highly motivated Business Analyst (BAs) to join our team for a large-scale SAP S/4 HANA implementation project for a leading Beauty & Cosmetics retailer based in San Francisco, CA.

Project Overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP S/4Hana FI/CO Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Financial and Management Accounting.

• Experience in multiple SAP S/4 and SAP ECC full cycle implementations, at least one full end-to-end projects preferably on SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules, with a strong understanding of underlying data structures and functionalities.
• Deep understanding on FI modules such as General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), New Asset Accounting (FI-AA New), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting, CO-Profitability Analysis, Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury Management (TRM), as well as their integration with other SAP Modules
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, Tax Compliance, and Reporting.
• In-depth understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.
• Work with IT Cross functional teams to understand the integration requirements and build solutions
• Lead workshops and design sessions to architect FI/CO solutions aligned with Business needs and industry best practices.
• Experience with SAP Best Practices and translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions, to meet functional specifications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and Conduct conceptual and detailed design activities against project requirements to deliver a detailed solution design document/ BRD
• Expertise in Workflow creation using Lucidchart and document As-Is and To- Be process flows based on requirements and system design
• Knowledge in Jira and other tools to document business requirements, technical/functional specs
• Work with quality engineering team to execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate system functionality and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to optimize system performance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
