Your Role:

As a Pest Control Technician with TruForce, you will:

• Diagnose and solve pest-related problems while communicating effectively with customers and our team
• Deliver consistent, high-quality pest control treatments adhering to our service model
• Strictly follow safety procedures and company policies
• Document all activities and coordinate with the service/office manager daily
• A strong focus on addressing customer queries, concerns, and sales opportunities
• Maintain your truck and equipment, reporting any issues promptly

Requirements:

• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug tests
• A valid driver's license that is not currently suspended, revoked, and no more than 1 traffic violation within the last year
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Independence, responsibility, and strong work ethics
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent physical activities
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
