About the role:

At TrueCore Behavioral Solutions, our mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities to discover their true potential. In this position you will be required to assure safe transportation of youth to and from scheduled activities and appointments using facility-approved vehicles. Will also provide trauma-focused care, maintain a safe, healthy, and structured environment, provide proper supervision, serve as pro-social role models, manage the general behavior of youth, monitor daily activities, and demonstrate the ability to effectively work with the population. This position requires compassion, empathy, patience, and a true passion for working with youth. The goal is to help at-risk youth get out of their programs and become successful young adults with your help. Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have a valid Florida Driver's license with no infractions in past 36 months.

• Must be able to pass a background test
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
