TrueBlue is Hiring a Director of Talent Acquisition Recruiting Near Tacoma, WA

As a Director of Talent Acquisition Recruiting, you are responsible for daily operations of the Recruiting function. You will partner and support all levels of leadership in filling roles timely and effectively. The Director of Talent Acquisition Recruiting will lead and be a part of a unique team of highly skilled recruiting professionals. This role is defined as an exempt (salaried) role. The primary responsibility will be to own, partner and oversee day to day activities and performance for the Recruiting team aligned to support TrueBlue hiring needs across brands. You will work with internal clients to meet all staffing needs and create strategic recruitment/sourcing plans. This role will also be responsible for managing a team of recruiters who are dedicated to filling their Hiring Manager needs by following process and being accountable to KPIs. You will build, monitor, and coach to KPI performance metrics for each member of your team. You will report out the performance of those metrics as needed by leadership. You will own communication to leaders on progress and actions on open roles on a regular basis. Interact on a regular basis with Hiring Managers to extract feedback as well as solve escalations. You will be a leader of best practices and knowledge to fill roles across TrueBlue and their client's industries. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.

The following characteristics and requirements are necessary for an individual to be successful in the position: Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years with Bachelors (Master's preferred) and proven leadership within the recruitment services industry; strong RPO management experience preferred

  • 3 Years working with, building processes and leading US and global teams
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role
  • Absolute and uncompromising integrity with the ability to instill trust, honesty, fairness, credibility and a sense of purpose to stakeholders
  • Proven leadership of a team of Senior Recruiters, Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others, problem solve and diplomatically handle all customer or team escalations
  • Excellent consultative skills
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
  • Ability to proactively prioritize and plan for current and future internal client needs
  • Flexibility and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be driven and able to handle urgent deadlines and priorities
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to build strong, positive partnerships
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and seasoned at giving presentations to a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to set, extract and report on KPI performance metrics for the team and business
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruiting principles and laws
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Effective written and oral communication skills including ability to deliver presentations
  • PC Literacy - (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Structured Responsibilities:

  • Own oversight of the entire recruiting function for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Own build and implement all centralized recruiting processes
  • Daily responsibility of Hiring Manager satisfaction, establishing talent needed for specific client need
  • Management of Virtual Recruiting Team
  • Managing team of recruiters who identify qualified candidates utilizing efficient sourcing/networking techniques that yield positive results.
  • Complete weekly report on recruiting activity, job requisitions etc.
  • Use recruiting tools, ATS, to accurately track candidates and interviews.
  • Identify and monitor key metrics to gauge performance, identify trends and lead strategies that will positively impact results
  • Create and implement requisition management strategies and and accountability KPIs
  • Manage onshore and offshore operations teams
  • Interface with TrueBlue business leaders
  • Proactively seek out areas for consistent improvement to the process, recruitment timeline and metrics
  • Lead and provide updates for projects initiated by or impacting the Talent Acquisition team or the business they support
  • Manage use of data and technology
  • Manage budgets of employees, recruiting tools and other department expenses
  • Manage P&L results and budget input

The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $124,000 - $155,000 per year plus incentive. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
