True You Weight Loss

True You Weight Loss is the first and only physician-founded and managed organization dedicated to endobariatric weight loss. Endobariatrics is a new field of medicine and we are at the forefront providing safe, effective, non-surgical, outpatient weight loss procedures that deliver surgical-level outcomes for our patients allowing them to fully experience life again. Most importantly we are passionate and love lifting our patients up through their weight-loss journey in a safe, professional, and customer-focused manner. 

We are seeking a RN (PRN) to join our team in Cary, NC. 

About This Role

Primarily providing perioperative care, with the opportunity to circulate during procedures, you will strive to ensure that each patient's experience is nothing less than exceptional throughout the patient care process, under the auspices of a supervising physician. Deliver patient-centered and comprehensive nurse-level care from pre-op to post-op, while complying with physician directives and practice policies and procedures, and in accordance with all professional and regulating bodies/agents.

Hours/Days: Expect to work between the hours of 6:15am-4:30pm, primarily Thursday and Friday, some Saturdays and Sundays. A minimum availability to work 6 shifts per month is required.

The ideal candidate will share a passion for serving others and providing premiere nursing care and support. An excellent communicator that can relate well with others and is attentive and supportive, and an exceptional listener and guide. You will be able to present yourself professionally and as a brand ambassador for True You.

Qualifications

• Current State of NC Registered Nurse (RN) license, in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably with PACU/Recovery experience.
• Current experience with IV placement is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience within a surgical weight loss, nutrition, gastroenterology medical setting preferred.
