True Peace Financial Solutions LLC is Hiring a Client Relationship Specialist Near Overland Park, KS

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Specialist. As a Client Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze client needs, and a passion for sales.

Duties:

- Conduct outbound calls to clients to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Enter client information accurately into the database

- Provide excellent phone etiquette and ensure professional and courteous interactions with clients

- Assist with resolving client issues or complaints in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives

Experience:

- Previous experience in outbound calling or customer service is preferred

- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus

- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience in sales or a customer-focused role is an asset
