True North Title is Hiring a Sales / Business Development Near Chesapeake, VA
Principal Accountabilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Align with our core values and mission to deliver exceptional service and build meaningful relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Communicate promptly and pleasantly with all parties involved in the closing process.
- Conduct real estate closings, ensuring that all parties sign the necessary documents
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a (great!) team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
