Location: True North Tavern, North Park, San Diego

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate or illegal behavior.
• Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any security concerns.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies.
• Communicate professionally with patrons and staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Enforce establishment policies and procedures with fairness and consistency.

Requirements:

• Valid Guard Card is a must.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage starting from $20 to $22 per hour.
