Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
Duties:
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist in training new employees and developing training materials as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships, including ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment, including phone systems.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage schedules and calendars for executives and other staff members.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, copying, and scanning.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with payroll systems and processes.
- Previous experience supervising administrative staff is preferred.
