**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**

* Washes, peels, slices, dices, chops and otherwise prepares raw vegetables meat and fish
* Uses a commercial food slicer to slice various meats, cheese and vegetables
* Uses a commercial food processor to puree both raw and prepared foods
* Operates both convection and conventional ovens and gas ranges
* Lifts, handles, weighs and portions food items using a commercial portion control scale
* Uses a commercial mixer to blend salad dressings
* Labels, dates and stores prepped product
* Cleans, wipes and scours prep equipment and machinery and sweeps and mops prep area floors
