Our fun, modern, fast growing dental office is looking for a new team member to join our team!
Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Support HR projects such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping systems
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Communicate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of human capital management principles and practices
- Basic understanding of workers' compensation regulations and processes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
