As the Store Manager at True Classic, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our brand. Locally you will represent the Brand as a leader in the community, embracing and leading from the heart demonstrating True Classic core values.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting and Onboarding:

• Identify, develop and retain top talent.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified sales associates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to identify the right fit for the store.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires receive the necessary training and resources.

Training and Development:

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to boost employee morale and productivity.
• Continuously train and coach the team to deliver an exceptional brand experience, maximizing all KPI's and adherence to store policies.
• Implement a comprehensive training program to equip associates with product knowledge and selling techniques.

Day-to-Day Store Operations:

• Optimize sales performance, inventory levels, and visual merchandising to drive sales and maintain a visually appealing store layout.
• Oversee all aspects of the store's day-to-day operational functions to increase efficiency.
• Create a welcoming and inviting store atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, inspiring the team to do the same.
• Ensure customer feedback is addressed constructively and used to improve overall operations.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Sales and Performance Management:

• Work with the VP, Retail to set sales targets and performance goals for the store team.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
• Regularly assess performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Provide valuable insights from the store level to assist in decision-making and future planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build and maintain a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers, associates, and company executives.
• Passion for retail and the True Classic brand.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment.
