Job Summary: True Ventures Group is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team, focusing on developing innovative software solutions within the healthcare tech industry. This role involves designing, coding, and implementing software applications, requiring expertise in programming languages like Java, Python, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have experience with database management, cloud services, and web technologies, contributing to projects that drive our mission forward. We value creativity, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust software solutions using languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Develop and maintain scalable databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web-based applications using modern frameworks (React or Angular) and RESTful APIs.
  • Utilize cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing applications, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Implement containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to streamline deployment and operations.
  • Ensure all software solutions adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance, and incorporate best practices in cybersecurity.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Experience with CRM software development, particularly with HubSpot and Salesforce APIs for custom integrations and app development.
  • Knowledge of Apex (Salesforce's proprietary programming language) and Salesforce Lightning for custom Salesforce solutions.
  • Skills in marketing automation technologies and strategies, understanding of sales processes, and customer journey mapping.
  • Ability to leverage data from CRM platforms to inform business decisions and improve customer engagement strategies.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and methodologies, continuously improving our solutions and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in software development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including design, administration, and optimization.
  • Experience with web development technologies (HTML/CSS) and frameworks (React or Angular).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
  • Proficiency in Apex programming and Salesforce Lightning for developing custom Salesforce applications.
  • Experience with HubSpot's APIs for integrating marketing, sales, and service software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategies, marketing automation, sales analytics, and customer journey mapping.
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and cybersecurity principles relevant to healthcare software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
