We are currently seeking a Nurse Navigator to join our team and help change how people consume and build health insurance. This role will be crucial in providing assistance to employees and members as they navigate through the healthcare system.
The Nurse Navigator will educate member companies about their conditions and healthcare plan performance. They will also be a resource for members seeking information regarding treatments and will assist in overcoming any barriers to healthcare they may face. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with patients and an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare system. They should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
