We are currently seeking a Nurse Navigator to join our team and help change how people consume and build health insurance. This role will be crucial in providing assistance to employees and members as they navigate through the healthcare system.

The Nurse Navigator will educate member companies about their conditions and healthcare plan performance. They will also be a resource for members seeking information regarding treatments and will assist in overcoming any barriers to healthcare they may face. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with patients and an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare system. They should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Dedicated to guiding and supporting members of our program throughout their journey.
• Ensure members receive optimal care, from identifying the underlying causes to facilitating access to treatment and beyond.
• Provide members with clear and detailed information about their program's performance and the various treatments available to them.
• Equip members with the resources they need to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
• Leverage advanced healthcare tools to help members overcome obstacles and achieve positive outcomes.
• Expertise and knowledge to connect with other healthcare professionals in order to address member concerns and answer any questions they may have.

Requirement for this position:

• Hold a nursing degree.
• Have extensive experience working with patients.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as sensitivity, discretion, and respect.
• While not mandatory, holding a nurse navigator certificate or a similar qualification is preferred.
• Passionate about helping members navigate the complex healthcare system and ensuring they receive the best possible care.
