True Blue is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team to provide exceptional experiences to all of our guests. We are seeking a computer literate person who is excited to learn, has great communication skills, has the ability to multi-task, think quickly, self-direct, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

Reponsibilities-

*Answer phones in a friendly professional manor

*Book appointments correctly and efficiently

*Communicate pertinent information with team members and supervisors

*Greet all guests with a smile

*Check guests in/out for their appointments

*Confidently and clearly describe all services

*Efficiently book appointments for a team of 15

*Keep all areas clean and tidy

*Keep a calm demeanor during busy times

*Educate guests and sell Aveda retail products

*Perform Aveda rituals and experiences

Requirements-

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Previous salon, spa, or luxury retail experience preferred

*Reliable transportation

*Sales experience

*Dependability

*Must be available on Saturdays

*Warm friendly personality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
