Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a nurturing and educational environment. Duties: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities - Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress - Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed - Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment - Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques - Ensure the well-being and safety of all students at all times Requirements: - Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Familiarity with behavior management strategies for young children - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children - A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required Note: This position may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
