The Warehouse /Customer Support Associate Responsibilities at CCCPARTS (TruckPro)

• Warehouse duties – shipping, loading, unloading, inventory, etc.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Generate pick tickets for orders to the warehouse

Skills, Knowledge and Ability of a Successful Candidate:

• 2 years warehouse lead type experience
• Industrial/Commercial Warehouse knowledge
• Forklift experience
• Professional communication style (both written and verbal)
• Customer service focus
• General computer knowledge and point of sales systems
• Organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
