TruckPro is seeking an Assistant Manager who will be responsible for assisting the store manager with the overall daily operations of the store with the prime purpose of increasing sales, gross margin, and overall profitability.

Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities:

• Assist with the increase of store sales by developing and recommending marketing strategies
• Remain knowledgeable of all product lines while maintaining an excellent vendor relationship
• Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, evaluating, and directing store associates
• Assist with coaching and mentoring associates for professional development
• Administer financial matters including collection and disbursement of funds, payroll, etc.
• Interact with customers while directing inside and outside sales team
• Communicate directly with customers; maintains key customer relationships
• Assist with ensuring adequate inventory levels are being maintained
• Assist with physical inventories

Successful Assistant Store Manager Candidate Will Have:

• Minimum of one to two years of related work experience
• Minimum of one year team lead or management experience
• Heavy duty industry knowledge/experience
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to operate power industrial equipment (forklifts, etc.)
