```Duties```
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
-Insure accurate parts ordering for repairs and maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and parts department
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a parts specialist or Truck related role preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair, or dealership parts operations is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
