LVN Job Duties Include:
* LVNs do 24 Hour Electronic Chart Check
* LVN will do Resident routine evaluations
* LVN's complete Hot Rack and Routine charting in Point Click Care
* LVN required medication administration to supplement Med Aides
* LVNs will Communicate with the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and DON as needed
* LVN's provide Supervision of CNA's
* LVN updates Individualized Care for the Residents
