LVNs Duties Include:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Utilize eMAR, Medical Documentation, etc. in PointClickCare
- Assist with patient assessments/reviews and document findings accurately
- Perform IV infusion, catheterization, and phlebotomy procedures at times
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Assist in emergency situations

Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Strong understanding of infection control practices
- Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., PointClickCare)
- Health coaching skills to educate patients on self-care measures

Requirements:
- Valid LVN license in Texas
- CPR certification preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
