Looking for an evening/weekend receptionist to help clients and therapists keep day running smooth in our busy massage office
responsibilities include taking calls from customers and delivering messages while also using basic office equipment like printer/scanner
help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organize, manage supply inventory and perform client and office data entry
Must be great with computers and good with internet and software programs esp word, xcel, canva, google doc
self motivated once trained as we are usually in massages so your be the client interaction on phone and when they check in and out
organized, detail-oriented, and effective at multitasking
able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
hold self accountable
punctual
reliable
must be good with communication and computers
fold clean work sheets and towels
looking for 1 part time to work Mon, Thurs, Fri 5-9pm and Sat 11am-6pm
