Your Role : As a pivotal member of our team, you will :

• Handle a variety of tasks including demolition, rough & finish carpentry, basic drywall & painting, installing EVP flooring & bath hardware, with added trades like concrete, tile installation, and stucco being a plus.
• Facilitate material handling, jobsite housekeeping, and general labor to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Assist in site preparation and cleanup.
• Communicate effectively with the crew, tradesmen, superintendents, and clients.
• Manage the jobsite, ensuring that goals and schedules are met while promoting safety.

What We're Looking For :

• 4 years of rough framing experience (2 years required).
• Ability to lead a small crew, multitask, and maintain inventory control.
• Proficiency in reading architectural plans and specifications.
• Willingness to use construction management software on a personal device, including daily photo updates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the construction process.
• Energetic, eager, and motivated with professional communication skills.
• Reliable transportation (truck or van) and ability to lift 80 pounds.
• A commitment to punctuality and responsiveness to management.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
