We are a 3 year old Heating and Cooling company. I'm Dave the owner, founder, and lead technician. Need office help as I can't do this all by myself anymore. We have Kaiser Platinum Insurance w/ Dental, Vision, etc for 250 per month. Job can be part time to start with plenty of room to grow as the company does. Some work can be done from home. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and enjoy working in a positive work environment.
Duties:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate office activities and ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee training and development programs for new hires
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Manage office budgeting and expense tracking
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for crews.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and coordinate company events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using various office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite)
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with financial management
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
