Position: High SchoolWork-Based Learning Job Coach

Location: Athens High School

Reports to: District Transition Coordinator

Salary: $13.50 per hour

Work Days: Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. (6 Hours/Week)

Qualifications:

Applicant must be comfortable working with students who have mild to moderate cognitive impairments or developmental
disabilities. Workdays begin and end at Athens High School. Coaches ride the school bus with students to designated work site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated understanding of special needs student(s).

• Demonstrated ability to assist up to 4 students with multiple challenges in the community.

• Ability to follow through with prescribed behavioral management and/or instructional programs as designed by
