Troy Design and Manufacturing is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn & Understand the Revenue Recognition and Invoicing Process
• Automate present manual billing process via Excel/SAP/Alteryx
• Link the revised process to the SAP General Ledger and Annual Operating Budget Model
• Interact with the Program Management Team to include their feedback into the revised process
• Communicated revised process to the Executive Operating Committee at the end of the internship

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working towards a degree in accounting or finance
• Proficient in MS Office Suite—emphasizing Excel
• Available to work up to 40 hours per week
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail, organization skills and commitment to follow up
• Ability to work independently and in a group setting
