Director of Inpatient Services Needed!
This critical access hospital based out of Eastern, VT is seeking a Director of Inpatient Services! The Director will use effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaboratively and effectively interact with members of the medical team, patients, families, and the community. They will be responsible for the development of leadership for the Inpatient Care Unit and Specialty Clinic Services. The Director will incorporate teaching principles into practice as well as evaluate the learning needs of staff on an ongoing basis, and incorporate appropriate assessment and intervention skills in all interactions in the delivery of nursing care.

Qualifications:
- VT - RN license
- BSN required, MBA preferred
- Supervisor experience on Med/Surg unit preferred
