As a Patient Care Coordinator at Trouvaille Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery, you'll play a vital role in guiding our patients through their transformative journey. Your infectious energy and genuine compassion will make every patient feel welcomed and supported from their very first consultation to post-op care.

**Responsibilities:**

• Engage with patients warmly and professionally, building lasting relationships based on trust and empathy.
• Educate patients about our procedures and services, helping them make informed decisions about their aesthetic goals.
• Coordinate insurance preauthorizations with precision and efficiency, ensuring a seamless process for our patients.
• Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our surgical and non-surgical treatments.
• Collaborate closely with Dr. Steinberg and our dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care every step of the way.

**Requirements:**

• Radiant personality and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales experience and a track record of meeting targets.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-5 years of sales experience – preferably in cosmetic medical, plastic surgery, direct sales, med spa field or similar
• Professional attire
• Efficiency in scheduling
• Proven track record of 100k or more a month in sales and a high close ratio.
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask
