Project Manager/Estimator - (Must have experience working as an Industrial Electrician)
Irvington, NJ
Pay range: $90,000 to $100,000 Annually (based on experience)

- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Provide project leadership and guidance to team members
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and their implementation
- Proven experience in project leadership, managing teams, and driving successful outcomes
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Redmine or similar systems
- Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration tools like Confluence for documentation and communication purposes
- Experience in budgeting and financial management for projects
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to adapt them to suit project needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of product development processes and ability to align projects with business goals
