Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and experienced bartenders, food servers, and kitchen help to join our team. As a Bartender, food server, and kitchen help you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Duties:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Excellent math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing
- Experience in catering or banquet events is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
- Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Familiarity with Square POS system is an advantage
- Knowledge of the food industry and current beverage trends

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $4.75 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
