Tropical Spas is seeking a skilled and people-oriented scheduler/customer service representative for our team. We are Washington County’s longest running Hot Tub and Pool service company.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules of service and delivery technicians
• Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance services
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Schedule appropriately to control labor and overhead costs
• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their Spa Delivery or repair
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Submit warranty claims to manufacturer

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Previous experience in service writing, scheduling and supervisory role preferred
• Proficient computer skills for record keeping and invoicing purposes
