BEEHIVE RENTAL is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Near Saint George, UT

Duties will include; answering phones, checking customers in & out, calling accounts receivable and collections, taking payments, filing, misc. office cleaning (taking out trash, wiping down counters, once a week bathroom, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.) must be through and efficient in insuring correct hours, times & equipment number on contract, bank run, managing reservations, make popcorn, respond to emails and voicemails, invoicing customers, update sales flyers, data entry, multi tasking and post marketing ads online.

We want someone that can work and have fun!

Monday-Friday 7 AM- 5 PM, Saturday 8 AM- 12PM

Tuesdays off

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY SATURDAY OR DO NOT APPLY
