Our growing company is looking for a leader to fill the role of General Manager.

It is the General Manager’s responsibility to ensure strategic goals are met by: Setting Operational Policies, Creating & Maintaining Budgets, Managing Employees and all Operations of a Tropical Smoothie Café.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to run day to day operations, be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker. Thus, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise and expenses remain low.

Responsibilities:

• Pass and Maintain all Fire, Corporate, Environmental Health & Food Safety Inspections

• Maintain a clean and orderly environment

• Oversee day-to-day operations

• Design strategy and set goals for growth

• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

• Inventory management and labor control

• Set policies and processes

• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees

• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance

• Direct the employee assessment process

• Prepare regular reports for upper management

• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to

competitors)

Skills:

• Tropical Smoothie Cafe` Experience

• Proven Experience as a General Manager of a Food Service Environment

• Experience in planning and budgeting

• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, operations etc.)

• Strong analytical ability

• Excellent communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills

• Problem-solving aptitude

Salary: Starting at $44,000.00 per year (Based on Experience)
