Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of their assigned store location, manage a team, and achieve sales goals. They will also be responsible for ensuring the store provides exceptional customer service, adheres to company policies and procedures, and maintains a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and managing a team.
• Knowledge of financial or banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Experience in customer service and handling customer complaints
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of successful leadership and managemen

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• Experience in the financial or banking industry
• Experience in multi-unit management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
