**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and exceptional leadership skills to drive success in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory control

- Ensure high-quality food preparation, presentation, and service standards are consistently met

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability

- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service

- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service management

- Strong background in food handling, preparation, and hospitality industry practices

- Excellent knowledge of inventory control procedures and cost management

- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of employees

- Proficiency in customer service best practices and resolving issues effectively

Pay: $20.29 - $22.25 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
