Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality management and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Assist with training new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Oversee food service operations, including quality control and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Coordinate banquet events and ensure smooth execution
- Assist in kitchen management tasks as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Assistant Manager or Shift Leader
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques for hiring new staff
- Familiarity with culinary practices is a plus

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
