In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service by managing their credit accounts efficiently. Your responsibilities will include researching and providing support related to the creditworthiness of our customers, reviewing and approving orders, assisting with the management and collection of customer accounts based on established guidelines.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Collecting low-risk government, institutional, and warranty accounts.
• Providing stellar customer service, assisting with account setups, and handling inquiries promptly.
• Collaborating with various departments and responding to customer requests.
• Processing invoices, releasing orders, and managing documentation.
• Supporting our Regional Credit Managers with administrative tasks and initiatives.

We're looking for someone with:

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A strong grasp of billing and collections procedures.
• The ability to analyze data effectively and identify areas for improvement.
• A customer-centric approach with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credit analysis software.
• A knack for working efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

• An associate degree or 2-4 years of relevant work experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting at least fifteen pounds occasionally.
