Troon is Hiring a Spa Front Desk Attendant Near Wickenburg, AZ

Wickenburg Ranch Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Spa Front Desk Associate. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

Key Responsibilities of the Front Desk Agent:

Accurately posts all charges to guest’s bills.
Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
Answers guest questions and provides directions.
Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
Light cleaning duties.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Agent:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
