SUMMARY: The staff nurse will provide medical care and assessment to Triumph employees as well as direct the functions of the medical department for that shift (i.e. - medical leaves, ergonomic issues, wellness activities, etc.). The staff nurse also supports the Nurse Manager in handling legal record keeping and noting trends/issues to be taken to appropriate Human Resource and production management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Must have EMT, Paramedic, LPN or RN.
Possess an active nursing licensed in State of Missouri.
BLS certification required within 90 days from start date.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move about the facility. The employee is required to sit; use hands to finger; handle; or feel/hold objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; speak; hear taste and smell.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to climb ladders and platforms, and enter confined spaces and wear all safety equipment. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds or more.
