SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate must ensure product quality in designated areas and will be required to perform 100% on-line inspection of product. Must effectively communicate with management and production employees to comply with quality goals and product specifications. Must monitor good manufacturing practices and relay deficiencies to supervisors. Will be required to train and perform pre-operational sanitation inspections.
EDUCATION OR TRAINING REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred;
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (LENGTH & TYPE):
5 years industry or quality assurance experience preferred. Four-year degree preferred.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents in the English language. Use of basic math and the ability to use relevant mathematical formulas. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw a valid conclusion.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
