Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software and possess a strong understanding of financial principles.

Duties:

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Handle payroll processing using systems like UltiPro, Ceridian, or Kronos
- Support corporate accounting functions
- Utilize QuickBooks, Sage, or other accounting software efficiently

Experience:

The successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, UltiPro, or similar accounting software
- Experience in accounts receivable and budgeting
- Knowledge of Ceridian, Kronos, or similar payroll systems
- Familiarity with corporate accounting practices
- Previous experience as an accounting clerk or in a related role
- Technical accounting skills are a plus
