Primary Purpose and Function:
Provide uniformed security services at our commercial facility, while providing exceptional customer service.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Remain alert and vigilant at all times
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Respond quickly and correctly to security incidents
- Observe and report
- Calling for assistance
- Checking and monitoring client's facilities
- Maintain electronic logs per company policy
- Enforce parking control procedures
Knowledge and skills:
- Ability to demonstrate strong customer service tendencies
- Ability to demonstrate strong authority and leadership skills
- Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GED
- California Guard Card issued by BSIS
- MUST HAVE TEAR GAS/ PEPPER SPRAY AND BATON CERTIFICATION
- Capacity to learn and retain multiple evolving forms of advanced technology-based applications.

- Prolonged sitting and/or standing and walking
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme cold and/or heat
- Ability to work all shifts and weekends/holidays'
