Location: 2 weeks in office, 2 weeks at home

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Window Sales Trainer to lead the training program for our new hires in window sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in window sales and a proven track record of success in the industry. As a Window Sales Trainer, you will play a key role in preparing the sales team to excel in their roles and achieve their sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires in window sales, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new hires with our company culture, values, and expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires as they transition into their roles, offering coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions to address them.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in window sales, incorporating new insights and techniques into our training programs as needed.
  • Monitor the performance of trainees and assess the effectiveness of the training program, making adjustments as necessary to ensure its success.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and evaluate the impact of training on sales performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for our sales team, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them succeed in their roles.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in window sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and industry best practices.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Remote capability with access to necessary technology and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Salary: $100,000, commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
